Simon Thorn
Simon holds a master's degree in business law from Linköping University and has experience in leading and developing contract work in Nordic business environments.
His background covers commercial negotiations, contract analysis, procurement and collaboration with management, legal, finance and sales. It also includes CLM implementation and the development of AI-supported risk guidance within Contract Management.
For you as a client, this means a point of contact who can address both the terms of a specific deal and the structure needed to manage many contracts over time.
